<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the total man-hours with high accuracy regardless of a work scale during an increase/decrease in the number of workers in the middle of work. <P>SOLUTION: This work man-hour estimating device includes a storing part for storing remaining work-hour information representing remaining work man-hours before changing the allocation of the number of workers of certain work, a storing part for storing the number of workers information representing the number of workers before changing the allocation of the work, a storing part for storing the type of the work, a storing part for storing a parameter to be a work characteristic and an operation part, wherein the operation part calculates education cost that is in proportion to the number of increased/decreased workers and negotiation cost that is in proportion to the number of increased/decreased workers and the number of remaining man-hours and in inverse proportion to the number of workers after the increase/decrease on the basis of information stored in the storing parts and the number of increased/decreased workers information representing the number of increased/decreased workers of workers between before and after the allocation of the work to calculate work man-hours after changing the allocation of the number of workers by adding the education cost and the negotiation cost to the remaining man-hours. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
