<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support business by providing a sales representative seeking ideas, such as customer to visit, contents to propose and how to advance the contents, which are important and difficult for outside business of proposal type business material. <P>SOLUTION: This business support system by a computer establishes patterns in which items occur and desirable activity procedures for each pattern as assumptions, and a search engine, for detecting the occurrences of item occurrence cases in the assumptions from movements of transaction history data, company data and other customer data, notifies the sales representative about contents of the item occurrence cases and proposal procedures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
