<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual space generation technique which enhances the virtual reality. <P>SOLUTION: An environment supply part 10 provides a user 200 with environmental data containing at least one of voices and images. Blow fans 22 are arranged surrounding the user 200. A wind pressure control part 24 controls the number of revolutions of the blow fans according to the environtal data supplied to the user 200 from the environment supply part 10.
