PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize potential of a signal layer while reducing effects of a parasitic capacitance on the signal layer. SOLUTION: A communication device is provided with the signal layer to which a signal is transmitted, a plurality of communication chips that are connected to the signal layer, so as to transmit the signal by a two-dimensional spread-signal transmission technology; a power-supply layer for feeding a power supply to each of the communication chips; a ground layer electrically connected to the ground side of each communication chip, while being grounded to the ground of the power supply; and an attenuation layer laminated between the signal layer and the power-supply layer so as to make the power-supply layer pull up the signal layer, while being an attenuation layer for attenuating a current made to flow between the signal layer and the power-supply layer.
