摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the photosensitivity of each pixel even if the pixel size is further shrunk and suppress a deterioration of characteristics of the pixels due to the F value, in a solid-state imaging apparatus wherein the position of a light receiving portion changes periodically. SOLUTION: In the solid-state imaging apparatus 10 wherein each photo diode 11 has a slanting pixel cell so that the arrangement of each photo diode 11 may change periodically in the row and column directions, four pixels are grouped which have the periodicity. In each group of four pixels, upper-layer microlenses 12A for condensing image light are arranged for the individual pixels, and a lower-layer microlens 12B is so arranged as to cover the four pixels straddling them and bends the lights condensed by the upper-layer microlenses 12A.
