PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems in prior organic EL elements utilizing TFT elements that the elements have a constraint to lower the opening ratio, a high driving voltage to make a luminance, an increased power consumption, and a short lifetime, and that external light reflect and reduces contrast due to reflections from inter-pixel wirings. SOLUTION: A film structure of the organic EL element is constituted with lamination structure of a negative electrode 2, a light emitting layer 3, a positive hole injection layer 4, and a transparent positive electrode 5 in this order on a substrate 1.
