PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot isotropic pressurizing device of a simple structure capable of reducing a temperature distribution in a treatment chamber, in particular, increasing a cooling speed in a cooling process. SOLUTION: This hot isotropic pressurizing device has a high-pressure container 2, an isolated chamber forming body received in the high-pressure container, and a treatment chamber forming body 4 received in the isolated chamber forming body, the isolated chamber forming body is provided with a passage 18 for communicating the inside and outside on its upper end, and a passage 19 for communicating the inside and outside and an opening/closing valve 7 for opening and closing the passage on its lower end, the treatment chamber forming body is opened at its upper end and provided with a fan 27 for ventilation on its lower end, and the opening/closing valve has a valve element 40 integrated with a motor 28 for driving the fan, and is opened and closed by moving the motor in its driving shaft 19 direction.
