STRETCH WOVEN FABRIC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide/polyester conjugated fiber woven fabric having the touch of a polyamide-based fiber and dimensional stability of a polyester-based fiber in combination and to provide a method for producing the conjugated fiber woven fabric. SOLUTION: The polyamide/polyester conjugated fiber woven fabric is obtained by employing spun yarns using conjugated fibers of a core-sheath structure composed of a sheath component of a polyamide-based polymer and a core component of a polyester-based polymer as at least a part thereof in warp yarns and/or weft yarns. The polyamide/polyester conjugated fiber woven fabric is characterized as having≤±2.5% washing shrinkage percentage in the direction using the spun yarns. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
