PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive foamed member capable of easily short-circuiting static electricity even if the static electricity is generated temporarily to prevent the electrification by the static electricity. SOLUTION: The electroconductive foamed member 10A is a mixture obtained by mixing a polyolefin-based synthetic resin, a paper powder, starch and an electroconductive filler under heating to afford a high-temperature mixture, and adding water to the mixture to form many bubbles in the inside of the mixture by the evaporation of the water in the inside of the mixture to expand the mixture to a prescribed magnification.
