PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enrichment device capable of taking out a necessary quantity of oxygen though the device is compact. SOLUTION: The oxygen enrichment device is constituted so that a plate-like storage separator 5 in which a storage part 51 for air-tightly storing a gas is formed and a plate-like oxygen-containing gas take-in separator 4 in which an oxygen-containing gas flow-in part 41 is formed so that the oxygen-containing gas flows-in from the outside are alternately arranged in the plate-thickness direction and a plate-like oxygen permeation plate 1 provided with a plurality of electrochemical cells is arranged between the oxygen-containing gas take-in separator 4 and the storage separator 5. The electrochemical cell is constituted of a plate-like electrolyte substrate 10, a long and thin cathode electrode 2b formed on the surface of the electrolyte substrate opposite to the oxygen-containing gas take-in separator 4 and a long and thin anode electrode 2a formed on the surface of the electrolyte substrate opposite to the storage separator to form a counterpart to the cathode electrode and the cathode electrode and the anode electrode are respectively arranged in the plurality in parallel.
