PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk case having a solid decoration which can correspond with an already existing auto-loader while being a disk case for which a decoration of uneven characters or figures and so forth are engraved into an uneven form, or molded into a protruding form on the surface of the disk case. SOLUTION: This disk case made of a resin comprises an upper lid on the outer peripheral side edge of the surface of which a rib is provided, a lower lid on the outer peripheral side edge of the bottom surface of which a rib is provided, and a housing section which houses a compact disk. In the disk case having the solid decoration, on the surface of the upper lid and/or the surface of the lower lid of the disk case, the decoration of characters or figures and so forth are engraved into the uneven form or molded into the protruding form within a range of the height of the rib on the outer peripheral side edge.
