A steam and vacuum cleaner is provided to increase sucking capacity of a motor by coupling a steam generating unit with a steam injection hole and vacuum-sucking the air through the motor. A steam and vacuum cleaner comprises a base assembly, a main assembly, and a neck assembly. The base assembly has a sucking nozzle(131) connected with a dust box, and a steam injection hole. The neck assembly is assembled with the main assembly to be rotated for the base assembly. The base assembly has a steam generating unit(170) assembled with the steam injection hole. The main assembly has a motor vacuum-sucking the air through the sucking nozzle. The main assembly is mounted with a cord reel on which the cord is wound for applying the power to the steam generating part and the motor. The main assembly is formed with a cord reel mounting support frame.
