A portal service providing system through partial wire/wireless linkage and a partial linkage method thereof are provided to usage of the wireless Internet by enabling a user to configure a personal web page and use easily part of the configured personal web page through a wireless terminal. A portal service providing system through partial wire/wireless linkage includes a user DB(Database)(130), a module DB(170), an authentication unit(140), a personal webpage configuring unit(150), and a wireless linking unit(160). The user DB stores user information about service users. The module DB stores information about a user-assigned module(176) to be linked with a wireless terminal. The authentication unit authenticates a terminal connected with a network interface unit by using the user information or a terminal user. The personal webpage configuring unit configures a personal web page and stores information about the user-selected modules(174) and user-assigned modules of the configured personal web page in the module DB by user. The wireless linking unit provides the information about the user-assigned modules to the wireless terminal logging in through the network interface.
