Closure with hinged lid for bottles and the like with an automatic lid op ening system comprising an improved button. The closure has an elastic eleme nt made from elastomer material that exerts a spring-back force on lid (3) t owards its open position, and anchoring means (6a, 6b) between main body (1 ) and lid (3). The button consists of a movable area (5), made from the actu al material of main body (1 ), with a front portion (5a) defined in side wal l (11 ) of main body (1 ) and joined thereto by a pivoting line (22). Anchor ing means (6a, 6b) comprise a first part (6a) formed in said movable area (5 ) of main body (1 ) and a second part (6b) formed on said lid (3) and suitab le for being anchored in said first part (6a).
