THERMAL POWER PLANT HAVING PURE OXYGEN COMBUSTOR AND USING WASTE STEAM

A thermal power plant is provided to heat water in a boiler by the waste steam generated from an incinerator or factory and improve thermal efficiency by using a pure oxygen combustor. A thermal power plant(100) includes a pure oxygen combustor(110), a turbine unit(120), a generator(130), and a condenser(140). The pure oxygen combustor heats waste steam through a pure oxygen combustion process. The turbine unit generates mechanical energy by turning a turbine through the mixture of the combustion gas and steam mixture generated from the pure oxygen combustor. The generator converts the mechanical energy generated from the turbine unit into electrical energy. The condenser is arranged underground, and condenses combustion gas and steam mixture passed through the turbine unit by using terrestrial heat.
