Foam breaker on well has basic ring with holders mounted on it, sealing rams that are springy pressed with respect to stands of holders to pipe that is surrounded. Rams holders are mounted on basic ring. Sealing rams are made with upper and lower facets. Each ram is pressed to pipe with one central spring installed on rod mounted with possibility of motion in opening of holder stand. The rod is hinged to sealing ram, equipped with rigidly fixed side equilibration springs free ends of which rest on bosses of ram, and with rigidly fixed side restrictors of ram vibrations, free ends of those are in contact with ram body.
