The proposed method for diagnosing disorders in the hemostasis system of the lower limb of the patient at chronic venous insufficiency consists in sampling the blood from the saphena of the upper limb of the patient, determining the content of fibrinogen in the blood, the recalcification time of the blood plasma and the resistance of the blood plasma to heparin, the lysis time of the euglobulin clots, the prothrombin index, and the disorders of the system blood circulation, additionally sampling the blood from the common femoral vein and the artery of the injured lower limb and determining thecontent of fibrinogen in the blood, the recalcification time of the blood plasma and the resistance of the blood plasma to heparin, the lysis time of the euglobulin clots, and the prothrombin index, determining the difference of the indicators that are obtained for the lower limb and the upper limb and the regional disorders of the system blood circulation. Enhanced hypercoagulation at the area of the blood circulation system that results in increased probability of clotting in the vein of the lower limb is diagnosed if the difference of the aforesaid indicators exceeds 15 %.
