The invention relates to shipbuilding. A transportation vehicle comprises an electrohydrodynamic engine which consists of first electric motor and second electric motor arranged in water scoop. In the latter a metal tooth bit with teeth on the back side thereof turned to rotational electrodes is installed. The electrodes are evenly distributed along the circumference of driving shaft connected to the second electric motor. On the driving shaft a collector with collector brushes is fixed by means of supply buses arranged in high-voltage insulators. DC power source is made as electric accumulator and photoelectric converter. Electrodynamic engine comprises a capacitive storage which is a block of single accumulators, number of which is equal to the number of rotational electrodes. The technical result is in increase of the efficiency of the transportation vehicle due to the direct conversion of energy of electro-hydrodynamic wave into forward motion without intermediate component elements.
