A cigarette case contains two shutters connected between each other in such a manner as to allow rotating to and fro relative to an attachment point, a fixing lock, a cigarette (a mouthpiece cigarette) ejector, a push bar, an element of ejector activation, a guide for the push bar, a counter spring, a cigarette (a mouthpiece cigarette) feeder and a spring of the feeder. In doing so in one of the side walls of one of the shutters an opening for outcome of the cigarette (the mouthpiece cigarette) from the inner hollow of the cigarette case is made.
