FLUX CARTRIDGE FOR SOLDER BALL ATTACH MACHINE AND GUIDE BLOCK OF PRESSING MEMBER USED THEREIN

A flux cartridge for solder ball attach machine and a guide block of a pressing member used therein are provided to guide individually a pressing member by forming a pressing member inserting hole. A flux cartridge includes a pressing member for supporting and pressing a plurality of flux pins(232). The flux pins are arranged on a substrate including a plurality of pattern units or patterns of a wafer. A guide block of the pressing member includes a plurality of first plates arranged in parallel to each other and a plurality of second plates arranged in parallel to each other. A crossing groove is formed at one or more positions of the first and second plates in order to cross the first plates and the second plates to each other. A pressing member inserting hole is formed at a space which is formed by an intersection of the first and second plates.
