[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This thermal sensor comprises a heat sensing part (11) sensing heat in a monitoring area and a casing (81) fixing the heat sensing part (11). The heat sensing part (11) is fixed to the casing (81) through a laminate part (60) for protecting the heat sensing part (11).
