The invention relates to the field of experimental oncology and is intended to study of the phenomenon of drug resistance of malignant tumors. Ultraspeed obtaining of tumor cells, resistant cytostatic agents in system in vitro is achieved by their incubation with homocysteine. A method allows to obtain in 203 weeks tumor cell lines having cross resistance to action of cisplatine and doxorubicine simultaneously .
