Method for treatment of well bottom zone of oil-and-gas bearing field includes formation of circulation of liquid through string of pump-compressor pipes with going out through annular space to day light, cyclic injecting with compressor of gas plugs to string of pump-compressor pipes to depth provided by ability of compressor, pressing those down with liquid by pump pressure that exceeds compressor pressure. Gas plug is pressed to bottom of pump-compressor string, one closes outlet from annular space to day light. At achieving at pump outlet pressure that exceeds by 2-3 MPa pressure of pressing gas plug at open outlet from annular space one performs staged decrease of pressure in well bottom zone with periodical opening/closing of outlet from inter-pipe space to day light, with pushing out portions of gas plug from string of pump-compressor pipes to annular space. Cyclic injecting of gas plugs to pump-compressor pipes is performed after termination of pressure drop in annular space.
