The proposed device for studying carbonization process contains a vessel with compressed carbonic-acid gas, a gas pressure regulator, electromagnetic valves, a liquid manometer with photodetectors for controlling the valves, a carbonization chamber made of stainless steel, an electric heating element, which is installed in the chamber, a vacuum pump, a vacuum manometer, a moisture meter, a temperature transducer, and computer with corresponding application software.
