A method for normalization of mammary glands functioning in a post-natal period comprises manual actions. Compresses - cool and/or sedative are additionally used. On the first stage mammary glands of a patient which sits or lies sidelong the are relaxed by manual actions of fingers and hands for 1-1.5 hour for 1-2 days, releasing them from a post-natal spasm, and simultaneously milk is expressed, making the drainage system. On the second stage more deep manual actions are carried out for 1-1.5 for 1 day with simultaneous expression of breast milk, renewing milk ducts function. On the third stage manual actions are carried out yet one day, but are deep, maximally relaxing of mammary glands and washing all milk ducts by milk.
