<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing skull film on the molten steel surface part of molten metal contained in ladle is provided to remove the skull film formed on the molten steel surface part of molten metal contained in the ladle during steelmaking process so that skull film removed molten steel is charged into converter again. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a molten steel scattering prevention part for vertically moving ladle protection cover(30) to prevent scattering of molten steel positioned on the upper surface of molten steel ladle(40); a breaking part for breaking skull film(46) by entering and leaving an admission part(37) formed at the center of the ladle protection cover(30); a melting part for melting the skull film(46) by entering and leaving the admission part(37) formed at the center of the ladle protection cover(30); and a control part for controlling operation process of the molten steel scattering prevention part, crushing part and melting part, wherein the molten steel scattering prevention part comprises support, moving member(38), wire drum(31) and driving motor(36), wherein the breaking part comprises cylinder(11), breaking unit(10), breaking rotation part(13) and a plurality of breaking members(14) and pressing rods(16), and wherein the melting part comprises cylinder(24), melting unit(20) and three electrode rods(23).</p> |
