METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF NITRIC GRANULATED FERTILIZER FROM TECHNOGENE SOLUTION OF SULFURIC ACID

A method for production of nitric granulated fertilizer from technogene solution of a sulfuric acid containing iron compounds consists in mixing the acid with products of powder-gas cleaning of waste gases of manufacture, neutralization of a mix by ammonia, granulation and drying of products of neutralization, classification and cooling of the granulated fertilizer, cleaning of the waste gases with returning products of powder-gas cleaning in manufacture. Neutralization is conducted by liquid ammonia, and in a product of neutralization which moves on granulation and drying, pH is supported within the range of 4.2-8, and a ratio of Fe+3:Fetotal in the range of (0.15-0.5) :1.
