A method for obtaining of a complex enzyme preparation from plant raw material, wherein protein- carbonaceous liquid medium is formed and continuous catalysis of the biomass in liquid medium is performed in the presence of inducers in the form of, at least, one microorganism, supernatant of its culture, its methabolite, product of microbe origin or combination thereof.
