A spiral mist spray type of a fire extinguishing nozzle is provided to secure an extinguishing area of a fire more widely by one fire extinguishing spray nozzle, and to promote reduction of a time and a cost according to facility of a fire extinguishing equipment. A spiral mist spray type of a fire extinguishing nozzle includes: a body(2) having a spray path(5) formed therein and a socket part(3); a spray tip(10) detachably fastened to the socket part; and a hose nipple(6) installed on the rear end of the body by a fixing nut(7). The spray tip has a taper part(12) formed on the outer periphery of the front end to be inclined at a regular angle toward a central part of the spray tip, and plural V-shaped notches(11) radially formed on the taper part at regular intervals. The V-shaped notch is cut on the taper part in a thickness of the spray tip so that a spray space(9) formed between the front and inside surface and the socket part is exposed to the V-shaped notches in a shape of a spray hole(13).
