The device has inflatable compartments, where one compartment (A) is inflated by a 16 gram carbon dioxide capsule that is manually triggered for developing a volume of more than 7 liters in the shape of an inflatable cylindrical structure. Another compartment is inflated by the person`s mouth with normal respiration for two minutes and deployed on the inflatable structure. Third compartment is inflated by the mouth with normal adult respiration for obtaining a volume of hundred liters in 15 to 30 minutes, according to exterior conditions. Ballasts (L) are arranged on each side of the device.
