<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The column (1) has a flexible flank with a band (8) and units for fixation of free end edges of the flank oriented along an axial extension. The units are along an edge zone of one of the ends corresponding to free edges of adjacent flaps (4, 6) of the column. The flank is woundable along a direction orthogonal to the extension to transport the flank that has symmetry axes parallel to the direction and an extension axis (A), respectively. The axes support a flank cut along the direction to axially and extemporarily adjust the height of the column in a vertical station on an installation site. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for being installed in a vertical axial station of an installation site for constituting a support for an informative panel, an information display device and/or decor, for advertisement on a sales outlet and an event-driven outlet, and for forming a partition wall to delimit a space e.g. exhibition stand, and/or masking a wall (all claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The presence of the symmetry axes permits regular winding of the flank in an easy manner. The flank can be wound and cut in a better manner without the need for altering and worrying about the integrity and efficiency of column maintenance units. The arrangement of the flank and the symmetry axes permits a reduction of dimension corresponding to the axial extension of the column. The column can be obtained with a low cost for its single usage and has a structure permitting to continuously adapt the height of the column without having to worry about the quality of maintenance of the flank or stability of its maintenance in the axial station or transport facility.
