The method involves receiving a water-resistant scripture or drawing print (13) in the back of a label possessing a watermark (13a) for scripture or drawing. The label occupies a position in a central part (15) of a tab precut (14). A translucent or transparent plastic film with permanent adhesive is applied on a part of a locking flap, where a part of the film retains its protective strip until its use. The film recovers an assembly of the flap and a part of a body of an envelope constituting a support such as bulb shaped support and made of paper, cardboard, cloth or woven/non woven fabric.
