The band has a reinforced end forming a tab whose free edge (4) has a structural reinforcement zone. The zone is made by a welding line (5) of two material layers (30, 31) of the tab. Another welding line (6) between the layers is situated near a junction zone (7) between the band and the tab. The line (6) forms another structural reinforcement layer. A through orifice (12) is provided between the lines.
