The medium (1) has a detecting module (X) detecting an active state of connection units between the medium and a host station (5) e.g. fixed personal computer. The detecting module is loaded in a RAM of the station for receiving a request on recorded information in a personal memory (2), for allowing processing of the request when the connection units are active, for prohibiting the processing of the request when the connection units are inactive and for blocking the processing until the connection units become active.
