A non-slip tray is provided to reinforce a non-slip function with directly maintaining the design of patterns and to facilitate cleaning and to secure good adhesion property by forming a soft film through spraying instead of using a rubber plate or silicone projections. A non-slip tray manufacturing method comprises the steps of: dipping a molded article in N-H hexane solution to make the molded article clean; spraying primer paints on the surface of the molded article to reinforce the adhesion of non-slip paints; drying the molded article; equally mixing SF(Soft Feel) transparent non-slip paints and a hardening agent at the rate of 3:1 by using a thinner to reinforce adhesion of the non-slip paints on the product; and spraying the mixture on the product by a sprayer, drying the product, and then thermally treating the product for 20 minutes in a drying furnace. |
