Headphones having mobile phone and MP3 functions are provided to install a mobile phone and an MP3 on one side of the headphones so that a user can simultaneously use the mobile phone and MP3 functions while installing the mobile phone and the MP3 suitable for a type of a speaker, thereby offering the headphones having effective mobile phone and MP3 functions. A connection band(130) is equipped with a mobile phone(110) and an MP3(120) so that the equipped mobile phone(110) and MP3(120) are suited to a user's ears, and wherein a middle part of the band(130) is folded or bent. The mobile phone(110) is disposed on a speaker(140) installed on one end of the band(130), and is installed to be suited to a type of the speaker(140). The MP3(120) is installed on a speaker disposed on an opposite end of the band(130), and is disposed to be suited to a type of the speaker.
