DEVICE FOR AUTO DOOR USING GEAR BOX

摘要

An automatic door device using a gear box is provided to perform corresponding operations by comparing normal load variation with variation of load detected using a digital encoder of high resolution. An automatic door device using a gear box comprises a digital encoder(10) and a BLDC motor(20) having a coupling plate at the front surface thereof. A primary decelerator(30) has a bolt coupled with the coupling plate of the BLDC motor(20) and is coupled with a first bevel gear. A secondary decelerator(40) comprises a driving shaft insertion hole and first and insertion holes, which are formed in the rear surface and two sides of a bracket. A driving shaft of the primary decelerator(30) is inserted into the driving shaft insertion hole. An L-shaped fixing plate(50) is provided at the outer side of the bracket.
