An air conditioner is provided to perform reheating after completing dehumidification to prevent dewing in a fan structure and minimize a pressure loss of a refrigerant in reheating and dehumidification processes. A cabinet(11) includes a plurality of apertures. A heat exchanger(14) is installed in the cabinet and is divided into a reheating part heating sucked air in case of reheating operation and dehumidifying operation, and a dehumidifying part cooling the sucked air. A fan(13) is installed in the cabinet for sucking in air. In case of reheating operation and dehumidifying operation, air is sucked in and discharged in one direction to pass through the dehumidifying part and the reheating part in order.
