<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thin skin for food wrapped with skin such as sweet potato shaomai compatible with sweet potato jam, containing nutrient which is not contained in wheat flour or sweet potato, having varied taste, flavor and color, and delicious even when getting cold. <P>SOLUTION: This thin skin for the food wrapped with skin such as sweet potato shaomai is obtained by processing a food material containing nutrient which is not contained wheat flour or sweet potato, and components of sweet taste, deliciousness, flavor and color into flour, grains, solid, paste and cream, mixing the product with wheat flour as the main raw material so as to be contained at a few wt.% to tens of wt.% in a condition of removing water, sufficiently kneading and mixing so as to make hardness like earlobe hardness while adding a proper amount of water and salinity, letting the product stand followed by expanding to a thickness of about 0.2-1.0 mm, and forming to a moderate size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
