<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collecting technique dispersedly storing information from an information provider, and capable of collecting information relevant to a desired subject any time. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor (11a or the like) is linked to another information processor (11b or the like) connected to a network. It is provided with an operation part (16) creating information regarding the desired subject, recording parts (13, 14) recording the information, a communication part (17) communicating with the other information processor connected to the network, and a control part (12).
