<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system and a program for managing deposits for efficiently and precisely providing customer codes used in collating a bill record with a deposit record for every customer and deleting them. <P>SOLUTION: If a customer cannot be uniquely specified using the name of a person requesting a transfer, a control part 21 of a deleting process system 20 extracts and totalizes, for every customer candidate, the number of points recorded in a point data storage part 23, for every matching item. Using the total value of points, a list of rankings is created. If a definite input is made using an input part 25, the control part 21 calculates the ratio of total numbers for the candidates specified as customers, and calculates the ratio of conditions for the items that matched among the matching items.
