<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring technique which can monitor a process by an operation device according to real time. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring system is equipped with; an extraction device which monitors business data used by a business process in a business device and extracts monitor target data which indicates prescribed data from the business data; and a monitoring device which processes monitoring target data from one or more extraction device. When the business process occurs in the business device, the extraction device determines whether the business data to be used by the business process is monitor target data or not and transmits the monitoring target data to the monitoring device. The monitoring device totals the monitor target data extracted by the extraction device from one or more extraction devices, stores the totaled data, analyzes the stored data, stores the analyzed result data, and notifies a monitoring client of the stored result data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
