<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of image quality of a moving image data after compression processing without significantly increasing circuit scale in an image signal processing device using moving image data of various kinds of effective image sizes as an input. <P>SOLUTION: In an image signal processing unit 105, encoded moving image data DIN is decoded. In an image correction processing unit 106, the decoded moving image data D1 is subjected to correction processing. In an image compression unit 107, the moving image data D2 corrected by the image correction processing unit 106 is compressed. When the moving image data D1, divided into compression processing size, has an effective image size region and another region, the image correction processing unit 106 corrects the pixel out of the effective image size region by using the pixel in the effective image size region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
