IMAGING APPARATUS, ITS CONTROL METHOD, PROGRAM AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate whether or not the data amount of the person stored in a database is sufficient for each user in an imaging apparatus with an individual authentication function.

SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is equipped with: a display part 9 for displaying a photographed image; a face detection part 10 for detecting the face of a person from the photographed image; a database 13 stored with the feature information of the face of a specified person; a degree of reliability calculation part 11 for judging whether or not the person detected by the face detection part is the specified person on the basis of the image of the face of the person detected by the face detection part and the feature information of the face of the specified person stored in the database and calculating the degree of reliability; and a control part 12 for changing the display method of a frame to be displayed on the face of the person displayed at the display part on the basis of the degree of reliability calculated by the degree of reliability calculation part.
