<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the deterioration of linear or two-dimensional code information that a recording paper document contains even when a series of processes for scanning, storing, and printing the recording paper document is repeated. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic document processing device comprises a scanner 21 which reads the recording paper document having the code information and converting it into an image file and a communication means 22 of recording the image file of the recording paper document having the code information, a code information detecting means 11 of pattern-retrieving the image file and detecting the code information together with its arrangement position, an information extracting means 12 of extracting character information from the detected code information, and a file storage means 17 of generating a file for printing from the image file and storing it through processing wherein an image of new code information is generated based upon the character information and incorporated at the arrangement position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
