<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor in which a plurality of images with the same file names can be stored, and available form images are made different for each user to perform form overlay. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor 1 stores image data showing a form image, the file name of the image data, a user identifier showing a user authorized to use the form image and passwords for using the first image into a storage part 105 by making them correspond to each other. When receiving the character data, the file name of the form image, the user identifier, and the password, the image processor 1 reads the image data stored so as to correspond to the set of the received file name, user identifier, and passwords from the storage part 105, and generates the form image shown by the read image data.
