PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a terminal in a core member by simple work without increasing the number of parts of an inductor.
SOLUTION: The board-mounting core inductor 10 is provided with a winding 16 of which ends 16a and 16b are wound in alpha windings and led out from the periphery and core members 12 and 14 having external walls around the outside of the winding 16. In this case, a pair of lead-out grooves are formed on facing surfaces of the external wall to lead out the ends the 16a and 16b from the core members 12 and 14, and a terminal which electrically connects both ends 16a and 16b to a mounting board is formed in a region wherein the lead-out groove is formed on the external wall so as to make an electrode by a dip method, and then both the ends 16a and 16b are connected to the terminal, respectively.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
|
