PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation setting of either or both a computer or/and an application and to eliminate the anxiety of an operator in browsing and operating user data. SOLUTION: A setting support server develops setting information received from a user terminal through a user terminal side relay server so as to be shared, receives setting support from an operator terminal through an operator terminal side relay server and records an operation log of setting change or the like from the user terminal.
