PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample collecting container having a detection means for confirming that a sample is collected in an amount sufficient to analyze a component. SOLUTION: The sample collecting container is a reaction panel having a sample collecting part and a reaction part and detects that a constant amount or above of the sample collected by a liquid amount detecting means such as an electric signal or an optical signal in the sample collecting part.
