PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a poor cleaning of a member to which a droplet discharged from a droplet discharge head adheres. SOLUTION: An adhesion between ink I and a conveyor belt 28 is restrained from being increased, by applying an application liquid T having an ink repellency such as silicon oil to the conveyor belt 28.
